One GOOOD lookin rifle. Waiting right now for the first range report. .260 is one awsome light hunter round.

Nice looking rifle. My only question is why .260 Rem? There are tons of calibers out there and I'm not up on all of them, but why not a more traditional caliber like a .30-06 or .308? Not trying to stir the pot or anything.

I seriously considered the .308, I have an FAL and a bunch of ammo for it already. But I like the 260 for it's similarity to the 6.5 swede. In the end I will probably have a 243, 260, and 308, bolt rifles. I think the 260 should have been chosen over the 6.8spc for military use. It flies better.

Well if it shoots like the old Sweede, it's got to be good. I want to pick up a Swedish Mauser like crazy.
