    Nice looking rifle. My only question is why .260 Rem? There are tons of calibers out there and I'm not up on all of them, but why not a more traditional caliber like a .30-06 or .308? Not trying to stir the pot or anything.

    I seriously considered the .308, I have an FAL and a bunch of ammo for it already. But I like the 260 for it's similarity to the 6.5 swede. In the end I will probably have a 243, 260, and 308, bolt rifles. I think the 260 should have been chosen over the 6.8spc for military use. It flies better.
