    I apologize in advance if I'm too dense...

    I understand the rule of not creating threads in the Classified forums if you do not have at least 25 posts. Does the 25-post rule carry over to users responding in the forum (I'll take it posts)?

    Generally not. I have seen new members post an "I'll take it" a few times. They possibly joined just for that.

    That being said, some members will not sell to a new member, and that is their choice. But that is the advantage to selling here. If a member wants to purchase and has a bunch of posts then they will probably show up with the agreed upon requirements. It isn't anonymous like other selling sites.

    The problem is that you have to have enough posts for PMs to work. If you don't then you have to publicly give out your contact info in the thread to make contact.
