That’s why I always wear double ear pro. Also, their range is segmented into different parts. The rifle range is in one part, and there are three segregated parts of the pistol lane. This helps with the noise. Although it raises operating costs because they need a separate RSO for each part of the range.

I've been a few times now, not yet a member, and my findings are largely identical to OP's. Nice, clean, big, friendly range, great for new shooters, not bad for experienced guys.

They might. I think their retail strategy is a market we're seeing a bit more of: high-end beginners. People that know they're interested, have expendable income, and don't necessarily know any better. Shops like these offer convenience. Try explaining the FFL transfer process to a new shooter and watch their eyes start to glaze over. "First, you find an FFL with a good rate and make sure they're accepting transfers..."

It is. There was a guy in the same bay as me shooting an AK pistol. I always double up on ear pro, and it was still...unpleasant.

Exactly. Their target market is people who compensate their inexperience by spending a lot of money. That's why they also host Ferrari days (which I didn't know they did and will probably attend next time).

I somehow missed this when it was first posted, but Bully to them. Thank you all for the reviews. I can't think how hooking in higher end newbs can hurt our gun rights. If someone wants to spend too much on a firearm, so? It's relative. I'm quite sure I have in the past.

I enjoy shooting at the Range, and I hope they are successful, whoever their audience might be. I just wish they allowed reloads.
