Did Ruger ever make a Blackhawk in .45ACP or just .45 long colt?

They've made the convertibles for a long time. My .45 convertible has the "Made in the 200th year..." text on the barrel and I bought it brand new. (Well, I was underage so my dad bought it for me.)

I pretty much leave the .45ACP cylinder in it. I always have a partial box to shoot up or I want to save the brass. It's in rough shape after all these years but it's still about the most accurate, easiest-to-shoot .45 I own.

As said, they did (do?). I had one that had both cylinders for it and, in a stupid move, sold it to a friend. Seller's remorse is a terrible disease!

Thanks. Good info to know. Wife's family inherited an old Blackhawk and are unsure of the caliber. They said it just says Ruger, Blackhawk, and .45. I haven't seen it personally yet.

Once you get to see it, hope you can post some pics. It could be the old Flat Top or the New Model Blackhawk.
