We know what land is ours, the issue is the Border Patrol range is built on the land parcel that was being leased to us since the 50's or 60's. The survey is being done to remove them from our property and thereby absolving of us of any liability to injuries that occur over there.

The county is paying for the Survey which I imagine will be handled by the county engineer, hopefully it can be completed by the Feb 10 meeting. No reason it can't be, just gotta get a surveying firm to get the lead out their butt and do it.

The court sounded like they are going to try and keep the rent low and under market value by citing it as a public service. It was previously only $125/year though so I'm sure it'll climb significantly.
