Right Place to Submit

I submitted my supporting documents to this site: TxDPS - RSD-CHL Contact Form
I was wondering if anyone had done their CHL completely electronically, and if this was the right site to do it at.

Yes, it is the right site....I know folks that have submitted all their paperwork through it without problems.

All Instructors use it also.....

I submitted both my wifes and mine through that and we got our license back in about 2 weeks. Surprised the heck out of me to get them back that fast.
