We currently have three Rock Island 1911s in our showroom, all in 45 ACP. These 1911s are some of our best sellers and it's because the fit and finish are nearly the same as a 1911 that's at least twice the cost.
This one differs from the standard GI model with the addition of rubber grips and the MR3 trigger assembly. Otherwise the components are the same between the models.
