I saw one of these at a local gun store. Anybody have or have shot one. The price is 509. It is a good deal? Any thoughts would be appreciated . thanks

Some complain about the take down trick with the paper clip, but other then that I don't ever see anything bad about them.

I was talking to a friend about it, because I am really wanting a 3" 1911 and there reasonably priced. He told me there a pain in the ass to take down. I looked it up on yourtube and came across a video similar to this one.

Mine was an "MS" model with full size grip and short slide. I didn't like the tapered barrel, bushingless slide but it shot OK. When new, I had a few failure to feed issues but replaced the magazine and never had another problem with it. The sights and trigger were good. I traded it on a full size Tactical Rock Island.
