How does a home built AR with three parts from RRA's become a RRA gun?

I guess it doesn't. But this has been through the gunsmith, been taken apart, put back together, test fired, and in all honesty is BETTER than would you would get off the shelf. The quad rail, bolt carrier, barrel all make it better than an off the shelf gun. I have to call it something.
