had a maadi years ago,sold it promptly....those things were thrown together. pure junk man....anything is better than a maadi,even a wasr.

I keep hearing of these legendarily bad Maadis, but I've yet to see one. The finish does suck, but the quality is generally very good. I damn sure miss them @ $149!!!!

yeah at that price get one and switch out parts but not at current prices.....they're not THAT bad....however there are better choices. i wouldn't take that one to war. i remember buying SKS rifles for 50-100 dollars now those were the days!

I never thought they were bad at all, I put thousands of rounds through several without any issues.
