    Sorry, I give it middle of the road at best. My wife loves the bbq sauce!
    I see them pull the meat out some sort of steam table to make my meal. It is depressing. It would probably be better if I didn't see them at all.
    Who has time to wait in the long line for a mediocre meal.

    Last weekend I ate a little over a pound of "moist" brisket from Rudys and a bunch of creamed corn. Tasted pretty good to me!

    Its good Q. I stop there pretty much every time I go to the Cabelas in Allen. Get the "Rudy's Chop" sandwich next time you go. They take all the trimmings from all the meats and make a chopped out of it. Tis fantastic.

    Is it the best? Nope. BUt its far from the worst and the prices are fair.
