Rudy's smoked ham?

Great info. Thanks guys! The Rudy's ham was incredible by the way. Best ham ive had. I'll try the Hormel 81 angle next Easter. But then I should have a smoker. We don't get a lot of local oak or pecan in Arizona but we have plenty of mesquite.

Some places that sell a lot of grills/smokers like Academy sports and Lowe's also sell bags of various types of wood. Pecan and peach are my favorites.
