    It is almost impossible to leave a 10/22 alone, isn't it. The M1 stock looked really good, better than the tacticool look (to me, I don't have anything negative to say about tacticool) I'd like to give that a try.

    That was tacticool, I do agree bro! I take it there may be some surplus M1 stocks available?

    A direct drop in sounds awfully bold though. I'd have too see that one to believe a perfect fit.
