Ruger All-Weather 77/22 with 23" Lilja Bull Barrel Upgrade

We have a used Ruger All-Weather 77/22 stainless rifle with a 23" Lilja bull barrel upgrade, making this one very accurate varmint hunting rifle. Serial number indicates a 2002 year of manufacture. Chambered in .17 HMR with one 9 round magazine, it comes with 1" rings already installed. Overall, the condition of the rifle is excellent and looks like it was very minimally used.
Originally this rifle was chambered in 22 WMR, but the previous owner had the Lilja bull barrel installed modifying it to .17 HMR. This upgrade alone is around $500. Although Ruger still makes the 77-series rifles, this model was discontinued in 2013.
