    Hmmmm? That's not good. I hope you had direct contact with S&W customer service and got good results.
    I did and they resolved the problems at least on the 640 for sure. The 617 seems to be good also. Need more range time to be sure. Took about a month to get the return box and roughly 3 weeks to get them back.

    Yep. I guess Ruger is trying to make inroads into the DA competition market.

    nice lookin gun, but unless it's somehow overcome the stacking DA pull inherent with coil mainspring, count me out.
