I bought some stuff from an old guy a while back, and in the bottom of a box was a Ruger 44 mag Superblackhawk. I was superblackhawk excited, until I picked the thing up. The cylinder was blown half off. I contacted them and Ruger said they might be able to offer me a discounted rate on a new one if it could not be repaired.

Just got a call from them. They are giving me a free replacement! Yahootie! Now THAT is good customer service!

Makes me feel good to have a bunch of Ruger guns in my stable. You know they will take good care of you.

Good deal. I've been wanting a relatively inexpensive 20 gauge o/u. Since Ruger just came out with their Red Labels again, and hearing stories like that just tipped the balance.

I've heard similar reports, a buddy sent back a used .357 something he got in a trade. The cylinder was way loose and in no condition to be fired. Back to Ruger it went, what came back was a brand new copy.

I sent my SP 101 in to have the barrel clocked on a Friday. They received it on Monday and shipped it back on Tuesday. I got it back on Thursday. Total time 6days including a weekend. Ruger CS is first rate. Best, Joe

I called Ruger to order 2 scope mount screws that I lost. They sent them to me for free, even though I told them I misplaced them.

Buddy of mine had an ancient Ruger revolver that had a cracked frame. Sent it in to see if they could repair it. They told him it was unrepariable, but told him he could choose one of several .357 models as a replacement, which they sent him in return. No charge.
