Ruger SR22

got the wife a sr22 that I put a laser on.She does pretty goodbut the trigger pull is so hard she jerks the trigger causing her to shoot about 3"low at 12'.Has anybody ever had the trigger worked on,on a sr22?thanks

disregard I called Ruger and they say that the SR22 is not known for a hard trigger pull.They sent free postage and I am sending it back,takes about 2 weeks.
