    I don't have one
I do have 5 10-22s with stock triggers and am looking for a fast easy way to improve them.

Are they worth it? Are they easy to install?

Do you mean Ruger's BX drop in trigger? I don't have one, but I've heard nothing but good about them. Absolutely easy and simply to install. Just remove the OEM trigger group and replace it with the BX trigger group. One piece installation.

A great alternative and less expensive is the Volquarsten Hammer. I did install one of those in my 10/22. It involves a little bit of disassembly of the trigger group to replace the OEM hammer, but not difficult. They are also less expensive, I think around $39. Made a world of difference in my rifle's trigger pull. Gave me a very clean, crisp, 2½ lb. pull.

Here is another choice for an excellent trigger. Probably the best, and less expensive than the BX. You send them your trigger group and they rework it.

I researched all of this, and went with stoning my hammer. Made it easily as good as a BX. If I f'd it up, replacement hammer is cheap. My 2 cents.

Are you planning to upgrade all your 10/22s?
More than likely I will .
I have put the auto bolt releases and extended mag releases in them and Williams Fire Sights on some, time to do something about the triggers now.

I used a Timney trigger group in two 10/22’s. It has the advantage of a lever mag release. Like the BX it only requires removing 2 pins to install.
Here is a link, but I paid about half as much as Brownells price.

That’s nice.. If I had a bull barrell or better quality gun to start with, I would probably look at that option.

Barrels are easy to change on a 10-22.
Yeah, changing a standard 10-22 to a bull barrel, probably means a new stock in addition to a trigger, and next thing I’ve got $1000 in a 10-22
Not saying thats a bad thing, but just not in my cards now

That right there is why I bought the Magnum Research instead of building a 10/22.
