    I refuse to submit to the scared crowd and not do something that is completely legal. If you follow that train of thought, don't carry a gun at all, because some cop might arrest you ANYWAY even if a CHL and then you would have to fight it in court!

    Me in a nutshell. I've put off getting a CHL til I'm comfortable with the ins and outs. Scared > Jailed for me. I don't have the time or money to fight The Man.

    DC, go ahead and get the CHL. By the time you actually get the license, you will have plenty of time to review the laws. :banghead:

    BTW, I haven't seen a 30.06 sign at the SA airport. It has been a month or two since I've been there.

    The Wife and I will this July. I'm more confident now, especially after living on this site the past few months. Not sure I'd carry right away, but that's mostly because I run service/install.


    I'm doing a bunch of schools atm and will say this ... it was a long ass walk from the back of the complex to my truck in the dark, remote, and empty parking lot tonight ...
