Yes, the Model 69, a 5-shot .44 Mag on the L frame.

This one I bought for the collection and haven't taken it out (yet) to the range. Someday... and I can imagine "stout" will be a good word.

I've got one with a 6" barrel (and a 1/2" in front of the front site for the port; 619 Power Port) and it really cuts the flip and perceived recoil. It's more of a push that a snap. Now, your 2 1/2" is gonna' be somewhat "stouter" with a medium to hot load. IMO. It sure looks nice!

I've shot the blued version of this. More of a push than a snap but it pushes hard.
