    Is it just me or is San Antonio (Mysa.com) and Houston (Chron.com) are suppressing bad news (such as this burglary) for those towns? I thought they were improving based on the lack of bad news on those sites. Then I started reading Click2Houston.com and realized the levels of mayhem have gotten higher if anything.

    Can't confirm it's the case here, but I know the SAPD does ask the local media to hold off on reporting certain crimes until such time as the investigation is progressing forward. I know certain situations such as suicides are normally not reported in the press either...
