It's sad that someone thought that would be a good idea in the first place...My wife would've had the store manager crying on the floor had this happened when she went to Sam's

About the only thing I can come up with is this person doesn't have kids, much less have a clue.

And the customer did not call the FDA?

The FDA regulates medications so hard that they even control the format of the label

I personally would have taken two bottles and smashed one on the floor then surrendered my membership
