I was inspired by HKaltwasser's thread offering .22 ammo to fellow shooters. There are still good people in the world, and I'm proud to see some on this forum.
Here's the deal: I have some .22 ammo that I would like be used by a kiddo whose dad wants to take them shooting but doesn’t have time to beat the neck beards to Academy. I have 5 lots of 150 rounds to sell for $1.00 per lot. Yes, a dollar. These are the terms of the deal:
1. You must be a forum member with at least 100 posts.
2. You must post "I'll take it" in this thread, and must send me a PM with your phone number within two hours.
3. You must pick up ammo from my house (near SA airport).
4. Kid must be present, and kid must pay the dollar himself or herself (bonus points if it’s actually the kid’s dollar).
5. Kid must mail me a thank-you note (not enough of that these days).
6. If you show up on my lawn looking like a neck beard, you will not like what happens.
7. The first 5 people to follow Items 1-5 get the ammo.
That’s it. If you wanna play, talk to your kid. I'm trying to do my small part to ease the .22 shortage. If this works well, I will do it again.
