    San Antonio Queso
    Large Block of Velveeta Cheese
1 pound of hamburger or sausage or both (cooked)
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes (mild, medium or hot)

Best to mix in a crockpot so the cheese will not burn. Melt on low and add browned hamburger or sausage along with Rotel Tomatoes.

Serve with Tortilla Chips. So easy and cheesy-Great for the cool weather and football!

Sounds great and thanks for sharing.

    Here's mine:

1 large block of 2% Velveeta
1 package (tube) of Jimmy Dean low fat pork sausage (cooked and crumbled)
2 cans of mexican rotel (do not drain the juice from it)
    1 small onion chopped fine
chopped cilantro (my wife likes LOTS of this)

Here's what I think makes it taste the best.

Warm it slowly in a crockpot. Let it cool and then refrigerate for several hours or a day. Then re-warm it.
