Ashley Furniture Sofa & Loveseat-Great Condition-Adult Only-No Smoking
We are selling our microsuede Ashley Furniture sofa and loveseat in stone color. These have been wonderful pieces of furniture: quiet, soft, and comfortable. We are moving to something with a different color for our new TV room.
Couches have been in non-smoking, adult only home. They are in great condition. There are some minor blemishes in places, and the wooden feet have a few chips in them, but no food or drink has ever been spilled anywhere, and no children have ever been on the couch.
The sofa is 89" long. The loveseat is 67" long. Both are 41" wide and 37" tall. We always wanted to know this dimension when shopping for couches, so I will tell you the seating area is 26" deep from front to back.
The pieces were $1195 new from Ashley furniture. We are asking $600 with a little bit of room to bargain. We live near Northstar Mall and the Quarry. Delivery could be available for the right person.
