I just skimmed through it, but from what I saw, the only thing modified was the fees.

Yes it passed but it still pisses me off being in a district where my Rep never needs to vote. Straus is such a slimy POS!

Yes, I already have NY, FL, UT, and NH so I could carry in TX anyway. But I was impatient and went for it. Got it really quick too; submitted paperwork April 16th and had my LTC in my hand last week. Wifey also got hers the same day.

Here's a link so y'all can check on the process of SB16. The bill passed the House and waits for Governor Action. Will become law on Sept. 01. 2017.
