SB 321 - Parking lot bill is close

Looks like the House and Senate have passed their versions of the bill and now, due to some good tweaking by the House it needs to go to "conference".

No, it already went to conference and has been approved by both the House and Senate. It's on to the Governor's desk if I'm not mistaken.
