I sbr'd my glock 17 for the roni carbine conversion kit. My question is can i still carry it every now and then as a pistol?
Also if i wanted to sell it can i sell it as a pistol or do i have to do a nfa transfer?

To sell the sbr you would have to transfer the sbr on a form 4 or remove it from the nfa registry.

    You could carry it concealed.

I have the XD Roni. I have SBR'd two of my pistols for that kit. I still carry my XDs in my vehicle and on my person. It is a fun little SBR kit. I don't shoot it a lot. I usually let my friends shoot it because they seem to think it is cooler than I do. When you Form 1 an SBR, it is just one of those things that you have to chalk up as a keeper. You can take it out of the registry...but there went $200 plus the engraving fee.

PS. Laser engraving works well on polymer frames and is inexpensive.
