They are probably targeting people who can't buy guns through "normal channels" like you and I. Joe Ex-con has to take chances to be able to get a gun these days. I'm surprised they aren't selling lower end firearms though. Seems like that would be a good strategy. Work on quantity of sales, it’s not like they are going to call the cops on you.

I know a scam artist from Kenya that slipped into the White House recently. Be careful, they think we are idiots. Don't prove them right.
