Good luck. It's still a federal crime to posses/sell marijuana, state laws be damned. I doubt they'd get any leeway on any other state's rights issues involving guns.

There's a difference between a drug addict and a kid who smoked a joint in highschool and decided to be honest about it. All this is is more liberal trash to clog up the public works of this country.
