That signed Glock makes me wonder... How hard would it be to get my Glock autographed by Gaston Glock? That would be pretty cool.

Those are both pretty neat guns though, especially that 1911.

The 20th anniversary models have his name laser engraved.

That's not really the same thing, though. I meant like, having the man himself actually sign it with a marker.

It'd be like owning a 1911 that was signed by John Browning. The 1911 zealots would be falling all over themselves to own that.

Just so you know, the Colt will not appreciate in value any more than a regular production Colt. That has be the history of Colt limited edition and commemorative pistols. Yes they have gone up since they came out and stopped making them, but they will go back down in a year or two and and appreciate at the regular rate.
Im not worried about how much it will appreciate as I will never sell it. These are pistols that will be handed down to my children some day when i'm put in the ground. :shades:

R Lee Ermey signed my AR buttstock with a silver sharpie just like yours. DO NOT GET OIL/CLP/ANYTHING WET on there if you want to keep it on there lol. Lesson learned the hard way, but at least he signed a hat and a picture for me too, so it's all good.
