First up is a 25th Anniversary Glock, been wanting one for a while now and finally found one within driving distance. Got it for a good price, especially compared to what I see them on gunbroker for! Anyways on to the gun porn...

And yes it is signed by the Gunny ha ha. Have not decided if that is staying on there or if im gonna take some alcohol wipes and wipe it off.

Next up is one I have been looking for and got super lucky today! I asked the counter guy at one of my local shops if they ever see them and he said yeah we have one in the back. Sure enough he brought it out and there it was, my Colt 100 Year Anniversary Tier III! :green:

So overall a pretty awesome day for me! And no they will not be shot, both are dedicated safe queens! I have enough shooters, these are my first collector guns.

Had the honor and pleasure of having breakfast with Gunny Ermey a few years ago...Not PC and brutally honest and frank about his opinions. I like him.

I would not remove it, if it were mine.

    Both are a home run....

Nice pieces. I would be proud to have either one. I have a Win 1894 lever 100th anniversary in 44 mag. One of my favorite guns.

He is a very popular spokesperson for the company. You'd be a fool to remove that....

That signed Glock makes me wonder... How hard would it be to get my Glock autographed by Gaston Glock? That would be pretty cool.

Those are both pretty neat guns though, especially that 1911.

Just so you know, the Colt will not appreciate in value any more than a regular production Colt. That has be the history of Colt limited edition and commemorative pistols. Yes they have gone up since they came out and stopped making them, but they will go back down in a year or two and and appreciate at the regular rate.
