    I’d like to see Pena go forward, as it seems most logical to address questions left open by Heller.
    Pena is my guess also. Many, many new handguns can’t be purchased since no microstamping. Older handguns made before the law are being discontinued...net result is fewer and fewer available to CA residents. Rogers (NJ Carry req.) is a close 2nd...

    WSJ ran a second editorial today on this case after they published an Op-Ed by the four Senators that threatened the court.

    The short version is the Journal ripped apart the Per Curiam and believe the court was influenced by the Whitehouse letter in the run-up to this case.

    The four Senators’ Op-Ed piece essentially says DJT packing federal courts with conservative judges is the real problem. “So yes, there is manipulation at the Supreme Court, but it is not by Senate Democrats. It is up to the court to clean up its house.”
