This kind of penetration again highlights the vulnerability of a powerline attack. If someone is motivated they can hack into your laptop at the public library, Starbucks, wherever. I'm surprised there aren't more of these attacks, but then again with most people's computer security being as poor as it is the other methods of penetration/attack are faster and easier.
