Already has one. Its called the "IRS" brother. That legislation has less to do with healthcare, and more to do with taxing the working poor.

Yep. And next year, if you don't have health insurance or an Obuttfuckcare-compliant policy (like mine which doesn't include maternity or birth control options) your tax refund will be reduced by the amount of the fine. I think it's $92 for single filing next year. The year after I believe it jumps to over $200.
