Selling to a non- citizen

Someone on the “gun for sale” wants to buy some of my guns. But he says he Russian. I can’t sell them to him if he’s Russian. Am I correct?

It depends on status and what country they are from. The citizens from some countries can NOT by one here due the laws of that country. Even if they leave it here or sell it when they go home.
I do not remember if Russia falls in the second part.

While it MAY be technically legal, probably not a path I would choose if it were my guns I was selling. I know many here hate bills of sale for whatever reasons, but if you choose to sell to him, I would definitely require one and to inspect his immigration paperwork with your own eyes and/or include a copy to keep with BOS for CYA.
