The yellow lenses provide a more defined outline for the target area. My safety glasses also seem to provide better "light" in low light, early morning.

I shoot with yellow and love it. Only downside, you have to look at your watch when shooting in the evening or you'll be late for dinner.

The yellow glasses are for the Fudds. Either tinted or clear shooting glasses are for cool people. ;)

Yellow Lenses allow for better contrast between whites and blacks. They really make the differences in high contrast targets magnified.

I hear if you wear rose colored eye protection, the high price of ammo doesn't seem so bad! ;)
