    Kermit delivered a DRT!
125 yard head (luck) shot with 6.8x43 ARP 16" target crown barrel with a 120gr Hornady SST handload.
Pulsar N750 DigiSight mounted on top.
I'm 6'2" and 200 or so for comparison.
And don't dis my little Kubota Commercial - she can pick up a round bale on each end and run with them!

    Nice piggy!

What is the twist rate of the barrel on your 6.8? 115gr is about the max for mine.

This one has a 16" ARP target crown barrel with a 1/11.25 twist.
The ARP chamber along with slow twist produces nice FPS numbers and excellent accuracy.
I've been using 95gr TTSXs for a while and just started testing the 120gr SSTs in the last couple of months and they seem to be working well.
The only complaint I had about the TTSXs was the cost but they were devastating on pigs.
This particular gun shoots the best groups with the SSTs so I've been playing with them a little more.

I also have a 6.8 with a 18" Bison Armory target crown barrel with a 1/11 twist rate that I use for most of my load development.
The accuracy difference between the TTSX and SST on this one isn't as much - unless you don't clean it before changing from solid to cup and core or vice-versa.

I have a Yankee Hill 1/10 16" and just built a rifle for my neighbor with a Black Hole 1/11 16" barrel.

We are both veteran reloaders in multiple calibers but we've been having some unique issues developing rounds for our rifles.

Seems 6.8 is a bit more complicated than what we are used to.

It looks like you might be able to answer some of our questions.

i don't want to threadjack so would you mind if I bend your ear a bit via PM?

Sure, be glad to help out.
That YHM 1/10 may show pressure much sooner than the BH.
I've heard good things about BH.
Have you checked out the 68forum?
Lots of 6.8 industry leaders and chamber designers hang out over there.
