Gas prices coming down is a way to try & buy votes and make people forget that a month ago we were at $5 / gal national average. A friend of mine in Oregon is an OTR trucker and told me that, as of last week, diesel is still over $6 / gal there.

They're pushing the AWB nonsense, they'll push to restrict in every avenue they can. They'll push for more national restrictions on the right to carry. They'll make it harder to fly with a gun even - any avenue they can to make life harder.

Next will come raids of "compounds" or militias, be them real or not. The FBI has no doubt been working overtime on grooming "suspects" and potential terrorists.
