    I can not believe anyone in or out of the industry thought the HPA would pass. IT was a radical pipe dream from jump street I would have thouth Jason form tracking point would now better and so advise. THe fact the HDA has not passes is notmqal, NO.     Sure. How about better marketing and putting kiosks in local gun stores to aid in the paperwork?

    Nevermind, wrong company.

    How about putting a can on a rifle that is a non-NFA item? That's something as long as you don't mind muzzle loaders.
