Sig Sauer P228 chambered in 9mm. Its slide has been Teflon coated by Black Ice Coatings in Utah, one of the most durable finishes on this planet. This 228 has served with the Swiss State Police. From its KJ Date Code, it was manufactured in 1998; and this pistol is thoroughly German, and serialized on its frame, slide, and barrel. Capacity is normally 13+1 rounds, but comes with two Mec-Gar 15 shot magazines. Sights are polymer filled white dot, refurbished from the old night sights. Frame levers and magazine release show moderate whitening; apart from that, residual surface detractions are not readily conspicuous,. It is certainly Excellent mechanically.
