Guys, section 46.035 of the state code states that it is unlawful for a license holder to carry in ANY hospital that is a certified care facility, hence, all of them. Posting the 30.06 is optional but code 46.035 trumps it.

    1. Where do you see the phrase "certified care facility" in 46.035?

    2. Have you ever read subsection (i) of 46.035?

Post the contents of i here and we'll talk.....

Yep, pretty much the second half of the locations listed in 46.03 are useless. I can't think of the exact section number, but the mentioned penal code pretty much made it legal to carry anywhere that doesn't have 51% or 30.06 signage.

Obviously secured areas of airports, gov't buildings, polling places, etc. remain.

A local gas station has a bunk misrepresentation of a 30.06 sign.

    It's at the checkout counter.
Even if the sign were legal, it doesn't make sense to post it at literally the last area you'll see during your time spent at the business.

I noticed an older gentleman printing pretty blatantly while in there the other day. It made me lol inside.
