Polymule is the world's first All-Terrain Utility Cart w/ UPHILL Assist. It stacks, stows, assembles in one-minute without tools, can hold 400lbs of gear, and has 20" of ground clearance. Polymule makes hauling large loads on rough terrain EFFORTLESS thanks to oversized wheels and sealed precision bearings.

Our product is perfect for gun enthusiasts who need to haul extra gear to the range OR survivalists who are concerned about getting around if vehicles become unavailable due to fuel shortages, an EMP, etc. Easily haul bug-out supplies, water, heavy tactical gear, ice chests, big game, firewood, or camping equipment.

OVERBUILT in every way, Polymule makes use of a SPECIAL DUTY POLYMER that has decades of UV stability and retains it's high-impact strength even at cryogenic temps (think -60 degrees Fahrenheit). With a warranty that is 20x the industry standard, you can be as confident as we are that the Polymule was built to last.

    HAUL YOUR STUFF ANYWHERE

Polymule quickly stacks and stows, fits in most vehicle trunks, and even functions as a vehicle cargo carrier with the optional roof-rack kit. Completely tool-less, the side-rails slide in while the frame folds to the bottom. Wheels fit neatly inside (even when stacked), and loose components snap securely into the struts for safe keeping.

    UPHILL ASSIST SYSTEM

Similar to a socket wrench, the standard UPHILL Assist system prevents reverse movement of the cart on slopes, making uphill travel much EASIER and SAFER if you need to adjust your grip, footing, or if you need to take a rest.

A few years ago, my wife and I were out driving and ended up at one of the beaches near Corpus. As we were walking back from the water, I noticed a woman struggling with a cooler in the sand. It had wheels on it, but they sunk into the sand so much that instead of two small tracks in the sand, there were the two tracks, but connected by a flat spot between the wheels. Turned out that the cooler was just acting as a plow / grader blade between the wheels, so it was giving her even more resistance. My wife had been bugging me about getting a cooler with wheels for awhile, but I had resisted since I didn't think they were that great of an idea for rough or soft terrain. Well, she finally realized what I was talking about after seeing how much fun that woman was having moving that sand.

The design of the above cart looks it might be a bit better since it seems to have a bit of ground clearance. If someone was using it with a lot of weight on it and in deep sand, they might want to consider retrofitting it with wider tires so that it could "float" on top of the sand instead of sinking into it. Just like when you're offroading, there's no one tire that is perfect for *every* type of terrain that might be encountered. Everything in life is a compromise... :)

Thanks. Here are several reasons to get you started: camping equipment, fishing tackle, big / medium game, wood processing, bug-out, etc

We've surprisingly had a lot of interest in "sand tires"...may very well be an option we offer....

With sand (and rough terrain, for that matter), tall tires help to reduce the rolling resistance. When you are have loose sand where you can sink a lot, having wide tires that distributes the weight over a large area also helps. Just look at the difference in the size of the tires that they put on bicycles that are for riding in the sand vs ones that are for the road racing types.
