A/A made piston kit for spikes. This is the ROUNDED block.. Not the RAIL. It is new. The rounded block looks fine at the end of FF rails(you can google these images)
Also this is the BOLT Carrier KEY replacement. NOT the BOLT kit.
This kit has the pins and the set screw on the bottom but does require gunsmithing to get it on there.

Because of these details the kit is $100.00

This is about as cheap as you are going to get to have a new gas piston on your upper.
