To modify the Texas Flag in any way for commercial purposes is flat out wrong.

How do you feel about making clothing out of the flag.

The flag code addresses wearing of the flag itself. However, it does not address wearing of clothing or items depicting the flag.

One for political gain, the other for profit. Either way I don't like it.

Looks like I'm going to have to eat some crow, at least for the time being. According to the Spurs Official Site, no such flags are available so it appears they are not indorsed by the NBA or Spurs.

No corporate entity or franchise should be f'king with our flag like that. I don't care how good they're doing at putting balls in a basket or how much self-gratification I get watching Dwyane Wade's face melt because of it.

That flag belongs to Texas and Texans alike and should only look like this:

I think my point has been made with anti flag styled clothing. If she wasn't wearing this we would be happier. Now she has to remove said clothing.
