Rules don't apply to liberals, especially the rule of law.Why was there a need to test fire the gun? It wasn't fired in the alleged crime, so it isn't like they needed to verify ballistics or anything. Is it so they could confirm whether it fit their definition of a lethal weapon, which it did not in the received condition, thus making the determination?
Sounds like evidence tampering to me, but I'm not a lawyer.
