I stopped at our Kroger last night and was going to get some toilet paper. Not going crazy, but thought it would be good to get some. I was too late. One package of toilet paper on the shelf and there were two ladies deciding who should get to take it home. Kroger does not sell ammo, so I went home after getting what else I needed to get.

I stopped by Academy in SW Fort Worth. I haven’t seen their ammo stock that low since the “shortage” a while back. Also of note was the number of women buying ammo, mostly 9mm with a few picking out other calibers as well.

Oh, and forget the gun show this weekend, it has been canceled.

Was thinking I have not seen anything about suggestions to stock up on ammo. Maybe I have been overlooking it or something. I feel like it is always a good time to buy guns and ammo.

I made sure to get an extra pack of TP and paper towels last week. Or maybe early this week. I don't need a doomsday stock, but I will keep enough on hand to get me through the idiots causing all the shortages.

Have heard of the "family cloth" and it would definitely eliminate the need for toilet paper.

All paper goods were gone from both Costco and Walmart yesterday. The Academy I stopped at had bare ammo shelves.

Almost all the rimfire, most all of the pistol and rifle ammo was gone too. Lots of shotshells left.

I'm shopping for UT t-shirts at Goodwill later today as a just-in-case thing should I run out of TP.

I've been working long hours lately, so on Wednesday I got to the grocery store about 11:45pm. Bought all my stuff I needed, noticed the TP isle was totally empty. Then as I went to the checkout line I saw three pallets of TP, so I grabbed a couple of packs. Should be OK for a while now.

A couple months ago I bought some ammo, should be OK on that too.

Just came from academy in Terrell. 5.56 was plentiful and about .36/round. I bought 2 of the Federal 9mm for .18/round (.20 once tax applied). There's were at least 10 more of these buckets; some Remington bucket-o-bullets, and a heck-ton of shot shells.
