Been kicking this around myself. Looked at a number of build it yourself kits from Home Depot, Lowes and Costco. Checked out the ready built and build on site kits from Home Depot and Lowes. Also checked out pre built and delivered ones from Derksen, Graceland and Lelands. At this point i am leaning towards paying about $2600 for a 10' x 12' Derksen. For that, it comes with delivery and any minor leveling that is needed on site. I bought a 14"x32' Graceland last year and it is built like a tank. Their 10'X12' units are $3000 though and i don't need to extra quality for my garden stuff.

I'm a fan of the resin sheds. Hold up well, don't need painting and easier to assemble.

When I put up a shed at my old house, I built a wood deck platform out of treated lumber placed on concrete deck blocks so it was raised above the ground. This made leveling and anchoring a snap.
