Bought a cheap torx screwdriver set on Amazon. Wanted to replace OEM grips with Hogue wood on my Beretta 9MM. Short version the driver that fit closest stripped two of the 4 screws. Anybody know best way to remove the stripped screws. 2. Where to find replacement screws (if not Beretta website). 3. Where to buy decent tool for this purpose. I’d like to replace stock grips on my .22/45 Ruger pistol as well. Many thanks.

If the next bigger bit is close in size try tapping it into the screw with a hammer.

The tapping may get the screw to break free and get the tip to grab the screw.

Any sign of thread lock on the screws? If so heat may help. Soldering iron on the screw head is the easiest/ safest way.

Worst case scenario is to drill the screw head off, pull the grips, and try Vise Grips

There are some good recommendations in the other thread too.

Dremel to cut a flat head slot works if you can get it in there. Never tried the super glue trick but could see the merit.
